I saw this (incredibly rapidly delivered!) talk by author and entrepreneur Mark Stevenson at Meaning 2014 and thought it was a really good summary of some of the issues already affecting business and the world at large, and how it will change us in the future. A lot of this I was already familiar with, some less so, but nevertheless it was fascinating to listen to. Especially interesting if you’re keen on complex systems and responsive organisations.
