Last week, I was fortunate enough to be selected by the BBC to be one of their 100 Women in 2014, following on from the first event last year.
It was a fascinating afternoon at the BBC listening to Joyce Banda, former President of Malawi, comedian Shappi Khorsandi, Professor Lesley Yellowlees, first female President of the Royal Society of Chemistry and Shazia Saleem, founder of I Eat Foods, talk about their journeys to where they are as women. The day’s events around the world have been recorded by the BBC here.
