Sales Designers are sales reps who offer a more bespoke service – often in interiors stores, where someone needs to understand the customer’s needs and choose from the store’s stock to design a product (a kitchen, a space) to suit these needs. As opposed to a typical sales rep who asks the customer what they need, plucks it off the shelf and swipes their credit card. 🙂 Sounds silly at first read, I know 🙂
This is very interesting and useful to know, thanks Shilpa! My only comment would be that a bit of paper on the front window doesn’t seem like the right way to hire for this particular role in my opinion 🙂
