I really like the way he’s drawn parallels between two such different fields. Physics and marketing? Who would have thought?!
Dans talk sounded interesting but he really should do his research before talking. His definition of Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle was just wrong. What Dan was describing was the ‘observer effect’ not HUP. The observer effect is a fine rule of physics and would have been good to use in his talk. Demonstrating a lack of understanding of the physics part makes me a little sceptical about the rest of the talk given.
