Another new fact I gleaned from watching the Big Bang Theory, definitely one of my favourite new comedy shows on TV: what blue ice is. It was a bit ironic that I learnt about it while watching the show on a flight. I always did wonder what aircrafts did with toilet waste, as yucky as it sounds. Now I know – it freezes. Of course, in the show they used the phrase as a metaphor. Imagine saying ‘So, I heard your relationship with Penny crashed to the ground like blue ice falling out of an airplane lavatory.’
I just thought that was brilliant.
